The agreed report or your money back. If we cannot provide a report you can recheck with the agreed data, we refund the trial review fee. Finding no difference is not, by itself, a reason for a refund.
This is the proposed trial price. We have not yet tested it with customers. Your team decides the next step. DeclaratieKompas changes and submits nothing. We do not promise payment by the municipality.
First, clear arrangements for your data.
Share only contact details in your first request. We only use real data after checks and written privacy and security arrangements. These cover how you share files, who can access them and when we delete them.
Which data do we agree on in advance?
Proposed input list. We first agree on what is needed for your chosen check.
- The claim line: line reference, municipality or contract reference, product code, start and end dates.
- For a rate check: number of units, unit type, rate used and amount.
- The return message: the return code and explanation for the line.
- The agreements used: contract, correct version and valid period. If needed, a rate or product list.
- Care allocation data: only the references, period and quantity needed for the chosen check.
Do not send a full client file. We agree in advance which identifiers to remove or replace. Removing names does not automatically make a file anonymous.
There is no fixed upload format or open upload portal yet. Please do not share files now.
When will the review be ready?
There is no fixed delivery time yet. We agree on a delivery date in writing before we start. We also agree when the input is complete. And what happens if a source is missing.
What if nothing differs or an agreement is missing?
No difference found means the chosen check found nothing. It does not prove that the whole claim is correct.
If an agreement is missing, the report states what still needs checking. We do not call a missing source a proven error.

Who is DeclaratieKompas for?
For care providers, their administration teams and administration firms checking Wmo or Jeugdwet (Youth Act) claims. It is aimed at teams handling several municipal contracts and checking returned lines by hand. We discuss whether your situation fits. Zvw, Wlz and PGB claims are currently outside this trial.
Do I need to send files now?
No. First, you send only contact details and a short description of your question. Do not share client data or files. We only use real data after checks and written privacy and security arrangements.
Does DeclaratieKompas change my claim?
No. Your team checks and decides. DeclaratieKompas does not change client files or submit anything. It does not decide whether someone is entitled to care or payment. If an agreement is missing, you see that the line still needs a check.
Am I tied to a subscription afterwards?
No. That never happens automatically. We discuss and agree any further service separately.
